The annual general assembly of the Cooperative Company of the Association of Carton and Corrugated Sheet Executives in 2015
The annual general assembly of the Cooperative Company of the Association of Carton and Corrugated Sheet Executives was held at the cooperative office at 5 p.m. sharp.

At first, Mr. Azami made some explanations on the status of cooperative company in last year and said, “The Cooperative Co. should move with more power and authority on the market so that it can defend the rights of its members.
Mr. Eng. Tahmasbi, the Managing director of the Cooperative gave a report of the cooperative’s performance in 2014 and put forward some points on the programs of the current year.
The cooperative’s target was announced to be the supply and the distribution of different high quality domestic and imported paper for its members. According to the financial lists of last year, it was clear that the cooperative has had a remarkable progress on purchasing paper for its members. In current year, the cooperative intends to take stronger steps o control the paper market.
After the presentation of the report by the Managing Director of the Cooperative, the participating members in the meeting approved the performance and the financial statements of 2014.
According to the votes, it was decided the profit announced will be dedicated to the increase in the capital so that the Cooperative would be able to keep on monitoring the paper market more powerful than before.
