According to Tasnim news agency from Ahar, during his visit to the construction process of hydrated lime factory and mine in Ahar city, Ardeshir Saad Mohammadi stressed the need to speed up the construction process of hydrated lime project and said, “The management and the production in hydrated lime factory and mine in Ahar city should be economical and profitable.”

Stating that the hydrated lime factory of Ahar city has 84% physical progress, he added, “We definitely do not need to put pressure on the production with maximum capacity from the beginning of the production of hydrated lime in the kiln; of course, it is important to complete the project and start the production simultaneously with the operation of the hydrated lime project.”

The CEO of the Iranian National Copper Industries Company stressed the need for the three-shift activities of the construction labor force of the hydrated lime factory and said, “We will provide any request for credit, equipment and facilities that can affect the construction process of the hydrated lime project.”

Pointing out that he does not accept any delay in the construction of the hydrated lime factory in Ahar, Saad Mohammadi  said, “We have no problem in financing the hydrated lime project in Ahar.”

He added, “Using competent personnel in the hydrated lime factory and mine in the city of Ahar is important to us. We are working for a complex that must be properly managed; meanwhile, the use of competent, capable and efficient forces from the native forces of Ahar city is a priority.”

The CEO of the Iranian National Copper Industries Company, emphasizing that they have a maximum of one month to operate the hydrated lime factory in Ahar, said, “In terms of its progress, the hydrated lime mine in Ahar will be operational in 20 days  and will be simultaneously open with the factory.”

Saad Mohammadi pointed out, “Fortunately, there was no problem in our visit to the hydrated lime mine, and this mine has reached its shape and image; however, in relation to the second phase of the hydrated lime production line of Ahar city, it should be ready for start in terms of landscaping and land at the time of opening the first phase of this project.”

He announced the construction of 7 paper making mills from limestone in the country and said, “If there is to be the investment in hydrated lime by-products industries in Ahar city, it must have a feasible study and economic plan. After reviewing the submitted plans, we will announce whether the plans can be invested or not; of course, lime production in the country and even in East Azerbaijan is more than the country requirement.”
