The first phase of Diba Shushtar Pulp and Paper factory will be inaugurated in the near future with the presence of provincial and national officials.
According to the Khuzestan Center of IRIB News Agency, the governor of Shushtar said on the sidelines of visiting the factory, “Diba Pulp and Paper Factory has entered the production cycle on a trial basis after about 40 years of closure, and its first phase will be put into operation soon.”

Hossein Panbeh Danehpour added, “This complex has passed the overhaul stages with the help of the private sector and local experts and has returned to the production cycle.”
He continued, “It is predicted that with the launch of the factory in the first phase, direct employment will be created for about 300 people.”
It is worth mentioning that over one thousand billion Tomans have been spent to launch the first phase.
