Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Arbitration Center of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture.

Concluding a Memorandum of Understanding between the Iranian Association of Paper, Cardboard and Cellulose Products Importers and the Arbitration Center of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture

Today, one of the most common ways to resolve disputes in commercial and legal agreements and contracts is to go to courts, which unfortunately requires a lot of time and money.
Therefore, the Iranian Association of Importers of Paper, Cardboard and Cellulose Products has taken action  to conclude a memorandum of cooperation with the Arbitration Center of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and to refer their litigation cases and possible disputes between members of the association and other importers, businessmen and economic activists in this field in order to solve this need and reduce the problems of members, and considering the welcome of the Judiciary Power for arbitration capacity in commercial cases and the existence of necessary legal grounds to support the rulings issued.
Accordingly, all members, associates, importers and those involved in the field of paper, cardboard and cellulose products can go to the Arbitration Center of the Chamber  of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Tehran in the event of a possible dispute in their commercial agreements and contracts “even without prior agreement on the arbitration clause” to resolve the problem and their disputes by using experienced and specialized arbitrators and observing all processes and legal procedures approved by the judicial authorities in the fastest time and at a lower cost.
It should be noted that according to this memorandum, all members, importers and economic activists in the field of paper, cardboard and cellulose products can appoint “Arbitration Center of Tehran Chamber of Commerce” as arbitrator for referral and settlement of their disputes with domestic and foreign parties  in the Clause of Arbitration in their current and future contracts from now on in order to resolve the dispute and to refer and file a lawsuit at the Arbitration Center of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce and in the shortest time and at a lower cost than the courts Judiciary to pursue their problem.
According to this memorandum, honorable members of the Association can benefit from the educational services of the Arbitration Center of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce with special discounts to improve their legal knowledge.
