The exemplar exporters of Mazandaran province were honored on Tuesday in a ceremony attended by Seyed Mahmoud Hosseinipour, the governor of Mazandaran.

In this ceremony, which was held in Mazandaran Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Rahim Falahati, the CEO of Neka Pars Paper Company and 34 top exporters of the province in the field of trade, industry and agriculture, who had the most exports from the province in the last 2 years, along with a group of people who had been active and encouraged exports were honored.
Due to the country’s need for various types of packaging paper and with the permission of the Department of Industry, Mines and Trade of Mazandaran Province and Mazandaran Province Industrial Parks Company, Neka Pars Paper Company started operation in the field Production of various types of packaging paper, including fluting paper and test liner in Neka Industrial Park on a land area of 5000 square meters in 1992.
Most of the company’s machines have been domestically produced, and the rest were purchased from China and India.
Due to the increase in product quality and variety in recent years, in addition to meeting part of the needs of domestic markets, the company has entered foreign markets and has been able to export some of its products.
The company’s products are mainly exported to Iraq, Turkey and Turkmenistan and are entering the target markets in Afghanistan and Syria.
Regarding the conditions of economic sanctions imposed on the country and the need of the country’s packaging industry for domestic-produced cellulosic products last year, the company has managed to export about 25% of its products to neighboring countries in addition to Meet domestic demand with planning done to prevent problems for the domestic consumer and by prioritizing the domestic customer.
On the other hand, this year, due to the restrictions caused by the Corona virus, the closure of borders and the tightening of export routes, the company is still present in foreign markets and has been able to export a total of about $ 1.2 million.
We hope that in the coming months, due to the completion of the program to increase the company’s production capacity and the opening of phases of upgrading the production line, we can increase the volume of exports and create sustainable employment in the region and province by bringing foreign currency into the country.
