The general assembly was held at the office of the Association of Carton and Corrugated Sheet Executives at 4:30 p.m. sharp on July 8th, 2013.
\nAt the beginning of the assembly, Mr. Eng. Pirjani, the Managing Director of the Cooperative, presented the report on the performance of 2012 to the cooperative members.
\nThe most important points of the report are as follows:<\/p>\n

Supplying and distributing German white back paper among the shareholders of the cooperative
\nPlacing order and following the purchase of Indonesian white back paper in two shipments for the members of the Cooperative.
\nImporting Korean test liner paper in two shipments for the shareholders and some members of the Association which is being transported to Bushehr Port.
\nSharing and investing in the imports of the paper in large quantity and distributing them among the respectful shareholders.
\nMaking contract with domestic paper making factories for massive purchase and distributing among the members of the Cooperative.
\nFollowing up the project of cooperating in domestic paper production and attempting to launch the waste paper collection system.
\nThe Cooperative financial statement dated March 21, 2012 showed a noticeable profit indicating the effective activities of the Cooperative in the supply and distribution of paper.
\nAt the end, after discussion the majority of the Cooperative members announced their readiness to import paper and supply domestic paper through the Cooperative because the Cooperative enjoys high power of bargaining in purchases.
\nThe members of the Association of Carton and Corrugated Sheet Executives who are not the members of the Cooperative have requested to be the members of the Cooperative which is subject to the approval of the Cooperative Board of Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
